We do just about everything in the civil engineering industry
so why not do the construction work as well. It is a logical progression
to investigate structures then to repair them.
The picture is taken from a difficult demolition and reconstruction job. We were given an abandoned project and asked to demolish the three basements while the new super structure (27 stories) proceeded. Simple well yes except that the new columns above were in a totally different location to the existing ones below. Our top down design and construction allowed the main contractor the reach the eight floor before the basement construction had been completed. We have under taken explosive demolition of structures on hill side slopes and internally with in shopping centres! all unnoticed! |

We are heavy civil engineering contractors providing an alternative view or method to basic construction practice. On the left is a view of caisson repair of a hill slope structure. After construction of the piles the building was literally pushed back up the slope. During all the work the building was occupied ! In Bangkok we have lifted a ten story building up 3m to over come settlement and flooding problems. |

Here we are using a 200t jack to support a failing column. Each lifting
cycle raises the building by 50mm (2ins) each time. The rate of lift depends
on how much the building can take in differential settlement. You
need to under take a diagnostic survey first find this out.
