We plant between 50,000 to 100,000 trees per annum . We grow all our trees from seed, its labour intensive for a few days then rest then again about three weeks later. then six months after that we plant.

It all starts with the seed !  The bowl must contain over 10,000 seeds, nearly pin head size  they have to be diluted or distributed.

We add sand to the seed and mix to a fine distribution,  The hard part. Too diluted there is no seed take too much seed and the seedlings suffocated and die.
This dilution is then poured into the seedling mould
We use old tomato cases for the moulds, The cases have lasted over five years. They slowly bio degrade and at there end of life are ground up and mixed with the heavy loam to produce a light weight soil. Bio roofs, gardens and exhaust absorbers fumes from motor cars. You basically vent the fumes from tunnels through this type of soil/grass combination to get rid of the waste carbon gasses. The Japanese are leaders in this technology.

The seed piles are poured on to the mould.

These are then compacted or rammed into the mould.

Ron and Rod are about two thousand trees behind the seeder, probably gone off for a cup of tea.

We will be adding a harvesting and oil production page later but this is our still its a diesel driven high pressure steam boiler power 12 KVA with a hot and cold steam pot and three cycle heat exchanger and condenser. We can distill 500 Kg of oil loosing  only 150 litres of water in evaporation running on 2,000 litre header tank of water. Economic and environmentally friendly.
